Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling of our products.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
